Impressive modern style holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for ten people, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa has on the main floor a large living room, with sat / DTT TV, exit to the terrace and pool area. Open kitchen fully equipped with 3 gas fires, ceramic hob, dishwasher and exit to the terrace. One bedroom with double bed. Two bedrooms with two single beds. A separate bathroom with shower. A room with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR connected by internal stairs there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. From this bedroom you can access the solarium, with panoramic views of the Peñon de Ifach. The last bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower en suite.
OUTSIDE: Large kidney-shaped pool with Roman stairs. Partially covered terrace overlooking the pool. 1 closed garage. 2 parking spaces within the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the Colari urbanization, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to do without a vehicle during their vacations. It is located just 900 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante" and promenade, restaurants and supermarkets. The center of Calpe is 2.8 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Peter Finch 08/10/2019 5,0 Villa Athos was everything we had hoped for and more. The villa was very clean and everything functioned as it should. The pool was spotless and the grounds of the villa well maintained. The warm nights meant the air conditioning was invaluable and ensured a good nights sleep. The abundance of outdoor furniture enabled relaxing evenings and alfresco dining most nights.
Some hand soaps and cleaning products maybe useful in ensuring visitors get their holiday off to a relaxing start. Having to purchase these items at the start of your stay and then leavebin them seems a bit of hassle and a waste if they’re stripped away for the next guests.
