Beautiful high standing villa with private pool located in the urbanization “Cumbre del Sol, (sunflowers zone)” between the municipalities of Benitachell and Moraira, (Costa Blanca), for 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over three floors, connected from the ground floor to the main one by external stairs and from the main floor to the first floor by internal stairs.
INTERIOR: GROUND FLOOR: It consists of a spacious apartment with living room, open kitchen with ceramic hob, a large bedroom with double bed, exit to the garden and bathroom with bathtub en suite and another large bedroom with two single beds joined and bathroom With bathtub in suite. MAIN FLOOR: Large living room with sat / tdt tv and exit to covered terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and gas fires, and exit to terrace and pool, a large bedroom with double beds, a separate bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with two single beds. FIRST FLOOR: Large bedroom with double bed and access to balcony, with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and finally another bedroom with a double bed.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a large closed plot of 1600 m2, with several terraces on different levels. On the lower level is the garden with various plants and trees, where you can enjoy your rest. On the main terrace there is a huge pool (10x5) with Roman stairs, outdoor shower and 1 room with toilet and sink, also a covered barbecue area, and covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. 1 room with washing machine. Parking area for 3-4 vehicles within the same plot.
SITUATION: Located in the urbanization “Cumbre del Sol, (sunflowers zone), very sunny and cool area, since it is 200 m approx. Above sea level." A few minutes by car (2.5 km) you can find the wonderful stone cove "Cala Moraig", a little crowded beach and stands out for the quality of its waters. Moraira village (9 km). “Shopping center” 3-km. Village of Benitachell (4 km).

Joe Carroll 01/07/2018 5,0 The property has everything required, including a state of the art kitchen and all facilities. Well kept garden and outside area. All in all a very comfortable and accommodating stay.
Would recommend a hire car. Difficult to get places without one as only one taxi which can be unreliable.
