Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Benissa (COSTA BLANCA) for eight people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on two floors.
INTERIOR: This charming villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large living room with SAT / DTT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with access to the solarium with beautiful views. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
OUTSIDE: It has a large plot with trees to enjoy outdoors. There is a large terrace area, with the 10x5 rectangular pool with Roman stairs. There is a portable barbecue and there is parking for 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area ideal for relaxing during the holidays. It is only 1.7 from the nearest beach, as well as restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1.4 km away. The center of Calpe is accessed in 5.2 km.
OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Andrew Skelton 13/08/2019 5,0 The villa was spacious and clean with a great pool and ocean view. Dealing with Plusholidays was easy and privacy was respected throughout.
The advert should have been clearer that the accommodation did not have air conditioning which was a real problem in the heat of August. More importantly, it would have been good to know that there is a student holiday camp immediately next door which didnt make for a peacefulrelaxing stay.

La parcela también está guay , las habitaciones y baños grandes y las camas cómodas Facilitar más útiles de limpieza para fregar, barrer, limpiar....y necesidades básicas de cocina (aceite y sal). Muy necesario instalar aire acondicionado, la casa es muy calurosa y no tiene ni un triste ventilador, ha sido difícil dormir por el sofocante calor.
