Pleasant summer villa with private pool located in Benissa Costa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR which is closed and disabled during the rental. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and access to the covered terrace. One bedroom with double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. Finally, there are two bathrooms with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: Nice and large plot with a 9x4.5 pool with Roman stairs. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. A room with the washing machine and there is parking for 2 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the short distance to the sea. It is only 250 from the beach, the supermarket and the nearest restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible in 6 km.
OBSERVATIONS: free wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Luisa Rezola Cenjor 10/08/2019 4,0 La amplitud de la casa, las vistas al mar (aunque se necesita una poda) y la piscina con sus hamacas y la barbacoa. La cercanía a la playa, en 10 minutos llegas con muy buen acceso. Hay sitio para aparcar en la parcela por lo menos cuatro coches.
Había que subir escaleras, una planta para acceder a la casa y íbamos con un carrito de bebé. Muchos mosquitos.

Would have been nice if advised cooker was not working and no shelves in oven. There are no mirrors in bedrooms plus only one fan for the whole Villa. Few bulbs not working and padlock on gate not easy to use plus keys not marked up.
